Redressal Process

Submit Grievance

Students can submit grievances through the online portal, email, or in-person to the committee.

Acknowledgement

Receipt of grievance will be acknowledged within 24 hours with a unique tracking ID.

Investigation

The committee will investigate the matter thoroughly within 7 working days.

4

Resolution

Appropriate action will be taken and the resolution will be communicated to the complainant.
